This is an example of a visual carousel (Ver2)

The purpose of this build was to remove a large list of steps and add a visual element to help the user describe what steps where required over the phone allowing, included in this version was a side menu allowing the user the freedom to jump to a section they needed instantly. This catered for all users and allowed for a richer conversation and promoting better rapour with their customer and ulimately growing confidence in the users ability to resolve the issue at hand.
